Encounters with artists such as Sándor Végh, György Kurtág, Ferenc Rados, András Schiff, Radu Lupu, Steven Isserlis, and Bernard Greenhouse further influenced his musical development. As a member of the Merel Quartet, Rafael Rosenfeld performs regularly at major concert venues such as Wigmore Hall, London, Concertgebouw, Amsterdam, and Tonhalle, Zurich. He is also a guest of the Quartet at numerous festivals, including the Ittingen Whitsun Concerts, the Lucerne Festival, the Salzburg Festival, the Menuhin Festival Gstaad, the Kunstfest Weimar, and the Musikfestwoche Meiringen.
